"It has been a pleasure writing and managing Zap's website. The hit reports every month just keep getting better and better, with January 2002 the top month after the first sneak preview pictures came out of the new Top Doorslammer. Year two will see new additions to the web site as Zap prepares for his launch season in the new Monaro. Expect more good pictures with plenty of good reading as well, and an expanded section on the race results, with movies and comments from John on each run. The online store will be re-opened next season with new apparel, posters and other fan material.

Daily "hit meter", thanks to our server provider Web Central

I have tried to keep the site accessable and understandable to all levels of race fans, from first time drag spectators to seasoned pro's, and even the kids. When I first interviewed Zap and the team members, I thought I knew a lot about drag racing after 20 years as a spectator, but was soon put in my place. These guys know their stuff, and are well respected internationally in racing circles. Trade secrets and professionalism prevents me from writing as much as I would like about the crew and technical aspects of the car, but more detailed information will follow.

Zappia racing fans and regular users of the site are welcome to suggest articles and specific items of interest. I can usually do the reseach and run it by Zap, so please e-mail me at web@zapsrat.com.au "
