John Zappia and the Zap's Rat Team entered the local "Top Comp" competition for some much needed track time, in preperation for the second round of the Australian Top Doorslammer Championship at the Quit Motorplex in Kwinana, Western Australia in a few weeks.
The new Top Doorslammer HQ Monaro only ran a single pass, after engine problems again prevented further competition. A reasonable 60 foot time of 1.058, while turning the tires and turning right, gave the team some valuable data for the next race.
